Fruits are rich, natural sources of vitamins and minerals needed by the body to function and stay healthy.  People who eat fruit regularly have a reduced risk of having chronic diseases.  ‎With nutrients like potassium, fiber, Vitamin C, A, Folic acid, iron, sodium and calcium readily available from different fruits, you would be doing yourself a world of good when you eat some fruits.

Each fruit, vegetable has its unique nutrients and minerals as no one fruit contains all in itself so it is advised by Doctors and nutritionists for you to always include a variety of fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.
